This uses a variation of Raavad tying. It’s al pi Kabbala 7-7-7-7 but the second chulya is all white, since the Techeiles ones are Domeh L’Rakia/Shamayim, and the remainder makes it add up to 28 which has some Koach. Some Yemenite Jews will also do 28 (even though 26 is YKVK) since there is some Koach with 28.
