What information does Blue Fringes (“the Vendor”) collect and how is it collected?

It is against the Google Analytics Terms of Service to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Therefore we cannot match the information obtained through Google Analytics with a certain individual.
To collect the Navigational Information we use third party cookies from Google. A cookie is a small string of characters that is sent to your device when you visit the Vendor website. This cookie allows the website to recognize your browser when you visit the website again.

We use your Personal Information provided through the contact form to respond to visitor’s requests. The marketing team will look into the information provided to determine which services will suit best to solve your issue.

The Personal Information obtained through the contact form will be stored up to two years.
The Navigational Information will not be stored by the Vendor itself but on the Google Analytics servers. We can access navigational information over a time span of one month.

All personal identifiable information is being stored on servers with sufficient security measures. The servers are located in a controlled and secure environment without access for unauthorized people.

You have the right to request access to your personal information, to ask for corrections and updates to your personal information and to ask for us to delete your personal information.
