ועולה – מן הארץ. ועי’ גהש”ס שט”ס וצ”ל על הארץ.

יעבץ – ר”ל מקרקע

English Translation

And it rises – from the ground. See Gilyon HaShas; there is a scribal error, and it should read “on the ground.”

Yaavetz – meaning from the ground.
