פירוש הראב”ד על ספר יצירה, הקדמה, ל”ב נתיבות חכמה, פירוש ל”ב נתיבות חכמה ח׳
English Translation
The eighth path is called the Seichel Shalem. This is from the expression, “v’shalmu yemei evlecha,” meaning that the days have come to their end and been completed. Since the paths reach their completion here, and it is impossible to fully grasp the tachlis of this path except through an illuminating seichel, it is therefore called shalem.
Do not wonder about this, because this type of safek can exist between two different categories. A mashal to this is the chilazon (Ataret): it is difficult to determine whether it belongs to the category of dagim or to the category of tzomeach, because it is alive and moves, yet it does not change its place, since it is na’utz v’takua ba’aretz — embedded and fixed in the ground.
Anyone who wants to understand the true nature of this path must investigate it through the chambers of Gedulah (Tiferes) that emanate from it.
