He claimed he has written a 300 page teshuvah going through all the issues. It took him more than a month to write it.
He concludes the murex is the real chilazon according to Halacha and it should be worn.
He originally was against wearing techelet but he decided to learn the sugya properly and then decide.

הרב מאיר אליהו שליט״א עוסק בהפצת תורה בארץ הקודש ובעולם.

גדולי הרבנים שליט״א בארץ והארה״ב, סמכו ידיהם עליו והוא פועל בעידודם המלא, והדפיס חלק מהסכמותיהם גם בהקדמה לספריו.
למרות גילו הצעיר הספיק להוציא 15 סוגים של דיסקים מכל חלקי הפרד״ס, כשכל דיסק מכיל עשרות שעות של שיעורים ודרשות, דיסקים אלה מופצים לזיכוי הרבים.
מלבד כל זאת יש לרב אתר בו מאות שיעורי תורה להורדה חינם לזיכוי הרבים, ובו מתפרסמים המקומות בהם הרב מעביר שיעורים.
לרב שיעורים קבועים מידי שבוע בבית הכנסת המפורסם מוסיוף בירושלים, וכן בבית הכנסת היזדים בשכונת הבוכרים שם.

Despite his young age, he has already produced 15 types of disks from all parts of Pardes (Jewish exegesis), each disk containing tens of hours of lessons and lectures. These disks are distributed for the merit of the public.
In addition to all this, the Rabbi has a website with hundreds of Torah lessons for free download for the merit of the public, and it publishes the locations where the Rabbi gives lessons.
The Rabbi has regular weekly lessons at the famous Musayof synagogue in Jerusalem, and also at the Yizdim synagogue in the Bukharim neighborhood.”
